Misbah ul Mustafa

15+ years experience. Misbah has specific expertise in corporate advisory and transactional matters. He has also actively represented clients from oil and gas, power, telecommunication and construction industry in their litigation and arbitration matters. His areas of expertise include constitutional, general civil, corporate and commercial, employment/labour and family laws. He heads the consultancy department of KUNDI & MISBAH. He appeared and argued various cases before all High Courts in Pakistan i.e. Islamabad High Court, Sindh High Court, Lahore High Court, Peshawar High Court, and Baluchistan High Court. As visiting faculty member of law departments in the International Islamic University, Islamabad and the Bahria University, Islamabad, Misbah teaches various subjects.

EXPERIENCE

Misbah is actively practicing law since June, 2005. With his rich and diverse experience and required professional skills, Misbah is well equipped to handle both the contentious and non-contentious legal issues including appearing/arguing before the Courts of law, rendering legal opinions to the clients from multiple sectors and drafting/reviewing domestic and international commercial contracts. He has represented and advised corporate and institutional clients regarding their projects.
